GENERAL RULES :

1. The participants must wear their ID cards.

2. The bonafide certificate of the participants from their respective college is mandatory.

3. Formal dress code must be observed.

4. Usage of mobile phones is strictly not allowed during the symposium.

5. A student can participate in maximum of two events.

EVENT RULES :

There should be a maximum of three participants in a team.
Each team will be given ten words to guess in every round.
There will be three rounds, the first round having two and a half minutes, second round being two minutes and the third round lasts for one and a half minutes.
The team will have to guess the ten words within the stipulated time.
The team score will be based on the number of words they guessed.
For example, Cell division : Mitosis, Meiosis, Cell cycle, Replication and Cytokinesis.
One of the team member will have to get his/her team mate to guess the word without having used the additional words or the word itself. ( Here the main word is Cell division and additionl words are the other five)
Noun or verb forms of the words cannot be used.
If the team uses one of the additional words or the word itself, they will not be allowed to guess the word and will have to move on to the next word.
If the team is not able to guess the word they can move on to the next word. But at no point can they come back to the previous word.
Words will be related to biotech.
