POSTER PRESENTATION
General rules:
1. The participants must wear their ID cards.
2. The bonafide certificate of the participants from their respective college is mandatory.
3. Formal dress code must be observed.
4. Usage of mobile phones is strictly not allowed during the symposium.
5. A student can participate in maximum of two events.
Event Rules:
1. Maximum of two participants per team.
2. Last date for submission of abstracts ( IEEE format ) with the name and credentials of the mentor is 15th of August.

4. Notifications will be sent to the selected participants via email on 16th and will also be put up on the website.
5. On the day of symposium, the hard copy of the abstract with the seal and signature of the mentor shall be submitted.
