Event Rules:
1. Maximum of two participants per team.
2. Registration and last date for submission of abstracts ( IEEE format ) with the name and credentials of the mentor is 15th August.
3. Abstracts shall be sent to both
4. Notifications will be sent to the selected participants on 17th of August via email and will also be put up on the website.
5. Each team will have a time span of eight minutes . (Presenting - 4 minutes and answering questions - 4 minutes)
6. Selected participants should send their full paper with the name and credentials of their mentor (.doc) and powerpoint presentation by 19th of August to the same email id's.
7. The hard copy of the full paper with the signature and seal of the mentor should be submitted and power point presentation should be brought in a cd ( pendrives are strictly prohibited) on the day of the symposium (22nd August 2012).

PAPER PRESENTATION
General rules:
1. The participants must wear their ID cards.
2. The bonafide certificate of the participants from their respective college is mandatory.
3. Formal dress code must be observed.
4. Usage of mobile phones is strictly not allowed during the symposium.
5. A student can participate in maximum of two events.
